How Al-Badr Schools handles the information you provide

What personal information this website collects, why it is collected, how it is stored and who has access to it.

This policy is a draft awaiting approval by Al-Badr Education Trust. It must be reviewed and confirmed before the website goes live.

Who we are

This website is operated by Al-Badr Education Trust, Asad Colony, Khiali Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, on behalf of Al-Badr Schools.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us through the forms on this website:

  • Admission enquiries: the student's name, date of birth, gender, the class applied for, the preferred campus, previous school, guardian's name and relationship, contact numbers, email address, postal address and any message you add.
  • General enquiries: your name, contact number, email address, enquiry type, preferred campus and message.
  • Job applications: your name, contact details, education and experience summary, and the CV you upload.
  • Mailing list: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.

We do not ask for CNIC or Form B numbers through this website. Identity documents are verified in person at the campus office.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to process an admission or job application, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Who can see it

Submissions are routed to the campus or department concerned and are visible only to authorised staff of Al-Badr Schools and the Trust. Job applications and uploaded CVs are stored privately and are not accessible from any public address.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and applications are retained for the period set out in the Trust's approved retention schedule, after which they are deleted.

Children's information and photographs

Photographs of students are published only where consent has been obtained in line with our Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy. Individual student records, results, attendance and fee information are never published on this website.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, including a session cookie and a security token used to protect forms. Any analytics or marketing technology will be introduced only under the Trust's approved policy, with consent obtained where required.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to the Directorate using the details on our Contact page.

Changes to this policy

Any change will be published on this page with a revised version number and date.
